| Non-documentary payments are made from current client accounts for loan drawdownand only in connection with drawing the loan. Fees associated with non-documentary payments are collected from the client´s current mortgage accounts or current accounts established at CSOB; they are charged for each item debited from the client´s current account for loan drawdown. Fees are payable on the day of loan drawing. For non-documentary payments indicated OUR (all fees are paid by the payer) additional fees of intermediary banks are collected from the client. The recipient does not pay any fees and will receive the full amount of the transfer. For non-documentary payments indicated SHA (bank fees paid by the payer, other fees paid by the recipient). The client pays Hypoteční banka´s fees, the recipient pays the fees of his bank and will receive the transferred amount minus any other fees of intermediary banks. For non-documentary payments indicated BEN (all fees paid by the recipient), the client does not pay any fees; the recipient pays the fees of his bank and will receive the transferred amount minus the fees of Hypoteční banka and any other fees of intermediary banks. Payments indicated BEN / SHA to pay amounts lower than the acceptable minimum set by intermediary banks additional amounts from the client (the payer) can be collected for the additional fees of intermediary banks.The client (payer) can be charged the additional fees of intermediary banks because of manual intervention in the payment process or because of incorrect instructions given. |
