| Non-documentary payments from a client’s current drawing accounts are made for drawing a loan only. Fees applicable to non-documentary payments are collected from a client’s current mortgage accounts or current accounts at ČSOB, a.s. and are charged for each item debited from a client’s current drawing accounts. For non-documentary payments indicated OUR (all fees are paid by the payer) the client pays an additional fee of mediating banks. The recipient does not pay any fee and will receive the amount transferred in full. For non-documentary payments indicated SHA (the payer pays the payer’s bank fees and other fees are paid by the recipient). The client pays the fees of Hypoteční banka, the beneficiary pays the fees of his bank and receives the amount transferred net of any additional fees of mediating banks. For non-documentary payments indicated BEN (all fees are paid by the recipient) the client does not pay any fees; the recipient pays the fees of his bank and receives the amount transferred net of the fees of Hypoteční banka and any other fees of mediating banks. For payments indicated BEN/SHA amounts lower than the acceptable minimum set by mediating banks the client (payer)may be charged additional fees of mediating banks. The client (payer) may also be charged additional fees of mediating banks for manual intervention in payment processing or for incorrectly set up instructions. |
