If combined witha pre-mortgage loan, the fee for that in which the mortgage loan is drawn for the first time.


F.8.2. Maintenance and administration of the mortgage loan with state financial support or guarantee or contribution zo the payment of interest from ČMZRB, a.s. CZK 220/month
The fee applies to loans to which state financial support is proided according to government Decree No. 244/1995 Coll. Or a contribution for young people according to government Deccree No. 249/2002 Coll. which is above 0%. The fee is collected monthly from the month in which the contract for support, contribution or guarantee is concluded.
If combined with a pre-mortgage loan the fee for the mortgage loan is paid from the month after that in which the mortgage loan is drawn for the first time.

Non-documentary payments from the client’s current drawing accounts are made for drawing a loan only. Fees applicable to non-documentary payments are collected from the client’s current mortgage accounts and are charged for each item debited from the current drawing accounts.
If a beneficiary’s bank charges Hypoteční banka, a.s. an additional fee for manual intervention in orders with a wrong account number or a missing account number in the IBAN and BIC formats  the fee will be re-charged to the payer as an additional cost.
For non-documentary payments indicated as OUR (all fees are paid by the payer), the payer will pay any potential fees of intermediary banks. For non-documentary payments indicated as SHA (the payer pays the payer’s bank fees and other fees are paid by the recipient) or BEN (all fees are paid by the recipient) that are lower than the acceptable minimum  amounts  individually determined by intermediary banks additional fees may be charged by  intermediary banks to be paid by the payer.
If amounts are drawn in a foreign currency the fee will depend on the exchange rate applicable on the date of drawing.

For non-documentary payments indicated OUR (all fees are paid by the payer) the client pays an additional fee of mediating banks. The recipient does not pay any fee and will receive the amount transferred in full.
For non-documentary payments indicated SHA (the payer pays the payer’s bank fees and other fees are paid by the recipient). The client pays the fees of Hypoteční banka, the beneficiary pays the fees of his bank and receives the amount transferred net of any additional fees of mediating banks.  
For non-documentary payments indicated BEN (all fees are paid by the recipient) the client does not pay any fees; the recipient pays the fees of his bank and receives the amount transferred net of the fees of Hypoteční banka and any other fees of mediating banks.  
For payments indicated BEN/SHA amounts lower than the acceptable minimum set by mediating banks the client (payer)may be charged  additional fees of mediating banks.
The client (payer) may also be charged additional fees of mediating banks for manual intervention in payment processing or for incorrectly set up instructions.
